Kurz gesagt: Bubble Bloop erhebt, speichert oder überträgt keine personenbezogenen Daten. Es gibt kein Konto, keine Werbung, kein Tracking und keine Verbindung zu einem Server.

Welche Daten verarbeitet die App?
- Keine Registrierung: Die App braucht kein Konto und fragt weder Name noch E-Mail-Adresse ab.
- Keine Übertragung: Die App funktioniert vollständig offline und sendet keine Daten an uns oder an Dritte.
- Keine Werbung, keine Analyse: Es sind keine Werbe-, Analyse- oder Tracking-Dienste eingebunden.
- Käufe: Goldblasen kaufst du über den App Store bzw. Google Play. Die Zahlung wickeln Apple bzw. Google ab; wir erhalten dabei keine Zahlungs- oder Kontodaten.
- Nur auf deinem Gerät: Spielstand, Punkte, Goldvorrat sowie Ton- und Spracheinstellung werden ausschließlich lokal im Speicher der App auf deinem Gerät abgelegt. Sie verlassen das Gerät nicht und werden gelöscht, wenn du die App entfernst.
App Store und Google Play
Beim Herunterladen der App verarbeiten Apple bzw. Google Daten nach ihren eigenen Datenschutzbestimmungen. Darauf haben wir keinen Einfluss: Apple, Google.
Kinder
Die App ist für alle Altersgruppen geeignet. Da keine Daten erhoben werden, werden auch keine Daten von Kindern verarbeitet.
Deine Rechte
Du hast nach der DSGVO das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch sowie das Recht, dich bei einer Datenschutz-Aufsichtsbehörde zu beschweren. What data does the app process?
- No registration: The app needs no account and never asks for your name or email address.
- No transmission: The app works completely offline and sends no data to us or to third parties.
- No ads, no analytics: No advertising, analytics or tracking services are included.
- Purchases: Golden bubbles are bought through the App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google handle the payment; we never receive payment or account details.
- On your device only: Progress, points, gold stock and the sound and language settings are stored only in the app's local storage on your device. They never leave the device and are deleted when you remove the app.
App Store and Google Play
When you download the app, Apple or Google process data under their own privacy policies, which we have no influence on: Apple, Google.
Children
The app is suitable for all ages. Because no data is collected, no data from children is processed either.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
